Kar has adopted two tigers through the "Adopt an Animal" program of Nandankanan Zoological Glimmering located at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.[12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20]
Later, Kar also joined the organization Disseminate For Animals PFA, Bhubaneswar.[17][21][22]
